LPN
Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing. Current valid LPN license in the state. Valid CPR certification and six months of long-term care experience preferred
Physical Therapist Assistant
Assess patients, interpret test results, chart care. Administer physical therapy (manuals, assistive devices). Maintain patient safety and cleanliness
Registered Nurse
RN license and current certification required. 6 months in long-term care preferred. Must be CPR certified
Weekend and Night Shift Registered Nurse
RN License & Certification (Current, valid). 6+ months experience in long-term care preferred. Must adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Occupational Therapy
OT degree & state license needed. 6 months exp in long term care preferred. CPR certification is required
CNA I
High school diploma/equivalent. Valid CNA certification. CPR certificate preferred
Physical Therapist
Bachelor's degree in PT or related field. Current PT license & CPR certification. Experience in long-term care preferred
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Graduate from OT program. Current COTA license required. CPR certification needed
