Job Description
BOK Financial is seeking an experienced Mortgage Banker to build and maintain client relationships and generate new business. This role involves representing a full range of mortgage financing, analyzing financial information, and providing comprehensive financial advice. The Mortgage Banker will focus on creating a positive experience for clients and the bank. They will act as a counselor, connector, and relationship builder, changing people's lives with BOK's products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)
- 2-3 years related mortgage lending experience
- Knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines (FHA, VA, FHLMC, FNMA, private investor)
- Mastery of underwriting criteria
- Knowledge of complex mathematical calculations
- Operating PC and 10-key by touch
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform complex calculations
