High school diploma and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of Office suite and Excel

MBO+ level, several years of experience in a quality or production environment, accuracy, analytical skills, quality awareness, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset

2+ years of experience in a similar role, MBO4-level in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a similar field of expertise, proficiency in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Dutch language skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology, 5+ years of experience, Proficient in Italian and fluent in English

Completed training in mechatronics or electrical engineering, initial relevant mechatronic experience, good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

Completed technical or vocational training, experience in machine operation, and good German language skills

No education required, basic PC knowledge, and good German language skills. Prior experience in operating machines and packaging systems is desirable

Leading and coordinating team, ensuring optimal system and machine performance, contributing to continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Natural Science, or Process Engineering, >2 years of experience with chemical legislation, English and Dutch language skills
