Product Manager (Full-remote)

Join BoostDraft, a software engineering company that develops an assisted document editor for documents. As a Product Manager, you will wear multiple hats, including diving deep into user feedback, partnering with product designers, and managing a living agile backlog of high-impact features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles with regular customer interaction
• Excellent communicator who can lead without authority
• Adaptable at progress management, helping the team stay flexible while always clear on the most critical blockers
• Has a diverse of problem analysis and prioritization methods backed by real results
• Ability to align cross-functional teams to shared goals, resolve conflicts, and wear any hat to deliver improvements quickly to users
• Hands-on experience using AI to prototype idea and speed up iteration (e.g., Figma Make, Notion, Zapier/n8n, vibe coding)
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in English for effective communication (must-have), Proficiency in Japanese for effective communication (highly desired)
• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
