Job Description
At Booster Juice, we're looking for an IT Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our IT systems and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven hands-on experience with system administration, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure), networking, endpoint security, and backup systems
- Strong understanding of POS, ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, data governance, and IT compliance
- Strategic mindset with excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in a multi-unit retail or franchise environment is a strong asset
