Job description
Provide advanced technical support, maintenance, and administration of desktop systems, servers, and related infrastructure in an educational setting.
Troubleshoot advanced issues, install and configure desktop operating systems and applications, maintain servers, and implement security best practices.
Must possess strong hands-on experience with servers and clients, knowledge of Microsoft services, and ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions.
