Requirements
- 4-year technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience with technical and business aspects of the focus area required
- Excellent customer service skills including being competent, accurate, responsive, and engaged
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and customer service skills preferred
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and present
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
