ATE Test Development Engineer (SFB)

ATE Test Development Engineer (SFB) at Bosch in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia. Responsible for developing and improving production test programs for automotive ICs, modifying test specifications, and analyzing data. Requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 2 years of experience in semiconductor test development.

Requirements

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology)
• More than 2 years of experience in semiconductor test development and familiar with Power & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Experience in Advantest V93K and automotive IC is an added advantage
• Experience in ATE measurement equipment (oscilloscope, thermostream, prober/handler basic operation)
• Experience with basic programming knowledge such as C, C++, Visual Basic and etc.
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis is preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team player with focalized work method, acting own driven responsible, cooperative, having good communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Knowledge in German is an added advantage
