
Job description
As a Contract Manager, you will create commercial concepts for customer orders/projects, support and advise sales departments, and manage contractual payments and related securities.
You will create financial and tax risk analyses, conduct commercial customer negotiations, and coordinate order-related activities with accounting, law, and insurance departments.
You will develop non-disclosure agreements, framework agreements, and other third-party contracts, and maintain customer relationships. You will also have the opportunity to work on international projects and travel worldwide.
