Job Description
Bosta is an overnight delivery provider for E-commerce companies in Egypt, utilizing technology to streamline logistics. This role involves receiving, processing, and monitoring shipments throughout the delivery process, ensuring accurate tracking, cash collection, and communication with couriers.
Requirements
- Receive new pickups closed in bosta flyers.
- Ensure correct tracking numbers on flyers.
- Receive shipments (new pickups) and add tracking numbers.
- Arrange dispatch based on delivery addresses.
- Add cash collection and refund shipments to courier routes.
- Receive undelivered shipments and monitor productivity.
- Get signatures and IDs (#) for deliveries.
- Send hard copies of returned shipments.
- Monitor cash wallets.
- Ensure daily deposit of COD on Star Wallets.
- Perform verification calls.
- Transfer canceled orders to sorting facility.
- Send handover emails.
