Job Description
Boston Materials is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the scale-up and operationalization of its advanced manufacturing platform. The role requires a senior leader with experience in strategic leadership, high-volume manufacturing, and quality management. The ideal candidate will have a track record of executing measurable safety, quality, cost, and delivery results, and will be able to champion Boston Materials' values and culture.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive strategic leadership experience in manufacturing/operations
- High-volume manufacturing experience with quality-sensitive products
- Experience with formal QMS standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or cGMP/ISO 13485
- Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills
