The EP Clinical Selling Specialist plays a key role in expanding adoption and utilization of Boston Scientific's FARAPULSE Mapping Ecosystem. This field-based role blends deep electrophysiology clinical knowledge with consultative selling skills to support physicians and EP lab staff during procedures while driving strategic growth across a defined geography.
Requirements
- Provide expert clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures to ensure effective use of mapping systems and associated technologies
- Educate physicians and EP lab staff on mapping workflows, product capabilities, and best practices through in-case support and formal training
- Drive increased mapped case volume and FARAPULSE Mapping Ecosystem utilization by partnering with sales teams to execute territory growth strategies
- Apply consultative selling techniques to identify, advance, and support upsell opportunities within targeted accounts
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators, and hospital leadership
- Support new site activations, technology conversions, and product launches through strategic case planning and execution
- Provide timely field insights and customer feedback to internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support continuous improvement
- Maintain full compliance with Boston Scientific policies, hospital protocols, and regulatory requirements during all clinical activities
- Complete required administrative responsibilities accurately and on time while supporting onboarding and knowledge-sharing across the team
