Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide remote technical support to external and internal customers in the EMEA region. The role is based in Kerkrade and provides full technical training from zero.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian and a third language as Dutch/German/French is mandatory
- Computer literate
- Problem-solving attitude with good communication skills
- Flexible and representative
- Comfortable in challenging situations
- Good social and communication skills
