Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the maquiladora industry
- Advanced English language skills
- Knowledge of Quality Standard IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Ability to work in a collaborative and positive work environment
- Problem-solving skills, including conflict management and root cause analysis
- Administrative skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Availability to travel up to 35% of the time
