Lead Cook/ Kitchen Supervisor

We are hiring a Lead Cook/Kitchen Supervisor at The Regency Hotel in Miami. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and proper preparations. They will be responsible for assigning duties to kitchen staff, selecting and training staff, and ensuring proper food storage and rotation. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience required
• Prior hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate
