Job Description
Behavioral Health Consultant/Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC) is responsible for maintaining a visible presence to medical providers, assessing patients, creating treatment plans, conducting brief intervention sessions, and referring patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
Requirements
- Master’s level degree in psychology or related field
- LCAC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or HSPP licensure and ability to practice in Indiana
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance coverage
- Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries with patients, colleagues, and others
