Staff Software Engineer, React Native

Box is the world's leading Content Cloud, and we're looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the migration to React Native on our Mobile team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will define and drive the technical direction and architecture of the migration, coach engineers, and build engineering culture.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep, hands-on expertise in React Native
• Proven experience building cross-platform mobile products targeting iOS, Android, and web
• Strong understanding of both iOS and Android platform fundamentals
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Experience mentoring engineers and developing team capabilities
