Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead their store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development, prioritizing a customer-centric approach. The role requires a creative leader capable of handling any situation and contributing to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- Ability to operate a retail store, merchandise the store, and pack/unpack boxes (up to 50 lbs)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to handle fast-changing retail environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (if a degree)
