Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team in achieving sales targets, recruiting and retaining talent, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves leading store operations, managing budget, and maintaining a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will embody the 'fan' in the name of BoxLunch and connect with customers in the mall.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Communication, recruiting, and operations skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and manage boxes of up to 50 pounds
- Openness to pop culture trends
- Retail experience with the ability to manage payroll and scheduling
