Camp Mendocino is a residential summer camp located in Northern California, providing a safe and transformative outdoor experience for youth from diverse backgrounds. The Youth Program Coordinator/Floater assists the leadership team in the overall success of Camp programs and youth development practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in supervising and developing youth
- Ability to effectively work with youth from the ages of 8-17
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with youth
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers and campers
- Ability to handle difficult or stressful situations in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
