Job Description
Perform maintenance and mechanical duties for assigned buildings and related facilities, including welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and roofing work.
Requirements
- 2 years' experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance/repair or related field
- Experience with overhead door operations/repairs, loading dock operations/repairs, and welding
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership
