Job Description
As a night assistant plus, you provide rest, safety, and continuity to residents. You respond to calls, provide support with personal care and medication, and notice changes in behavior or well-being. You work independently in a small-scale residential unit for people with dementia.
Requirements
- Diploma in assistant care and well-being, supplemented with assistant plus
- Ability to work at night and have a good night's sleep during the day
- Ability to feel at home in a small-scale residential setting for people with dementia
- Alertness, attentiveness, and willingness to make decisions
- Ability to work independently according to agreements in the care plan
- Ability to create a pleasant and safe atmosphere at night
