Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Care Specialist to work on the rehabilitation ward at location Het Zonnelied. As a nurse, you will work with older patients towards a goal, performing regular nursing interventions and promoting independence. You will work systematically towards self-reliance of rehabilitation patients and make sure they can go home after a few weeks.
Requirements
- MBO 4 diploma in Nursing
- Some work experience preferred
- Warm and friendly personality
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Positively critical and willing to continuously improve care
- Motivational and coaching skills
- Patience and perseverance
- Willingness to keep nursing knowledge and skills up to date
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
