Requirements
- Have a level 3 Caregiver IG diploma with additional training to become a Coordinating Caregiver IG
- Have experience as a caregiver, preferably
- Have a great sense of responsibility with attention to detail
- Be able to express yourself verbally well
- Have knowledge of current work regulations and care processes
- Have an affinity with residents with a somatic foundation
- Have experience with (behavioral) problems so that you can handle different care situations
