Job description
We are hiring a Construction Manager for a leading property developer in Cyprus and Greece. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the execution and delivery of all villas of a specific project, ensuring high standards of quality, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to agreed schedules and budgets.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and monitoring the execution of all construction-related works, ensuring compliance with approved construction drawings, contract documents, technical specifications, health and safety regulations, and all applicable standards.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in construction projects, with experience in Cyprus construction projects preferred. Fluency in both Greek and English languages is required.
