Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced People Leader – Logistics Execution to lead logistics execution at a national level, ensuring best-in-class customer service, operational excellence, and cost efficiency. The role is responsible for delivering customer-centric service through optimized supply and collection of equipment, while continuously improving logistics processes and controlling cost-to-serve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of logistics experience within an industrial or complex supply chain environment.
• At least 5 years in people leadership roles.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• MBA or postgraduate degree.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence or advanced analytics tools applied to business.
• Intermediate Spanish.
