Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or brand ambassador role
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage customers with confidence
• Comfortable with product demonstrations and handling objections
• Motivated, able to work independently in a field-based role
• Comfortable with technology, experience using mobile devices for reporting and data entry
• Organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented
