Job Description
This LVN/LPN position provides general care and education to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Board Certified Nursing Assistant (BSN). Duties include scheduling, record-keeping, supply inventory, and assisting with patient care tasks such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene.
Requirements
- Educations: Degree as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse
- Licensure: Current Texas State License as an LVN/LPN, current Texas Driver’s License
- Experience: 6 months experience in acute care or rehabilitation setting, home health preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid and current auto liability insurance
- Good interpersonal skills
- Physical and Mental Effort
