Bachelor’s degree & cert. in OT. 2 yrs in acute/rehab OR home health preferred. Must have TX Driver’s License
Physical Therapist Assistant - Pediatric Home Health
Graduation from an accredited PT program & TX State/Driver’s license. 2+ yrs acute care/rehab exp preferred. Good interpersonal and transportation skills required
LVN/LPN
Degree in Nursing. Current Texas LVN/LPN license. 6 months of relevant experience
Registered Nurse - Pediatric Home Health
Degree as RN, current TX license, 6 months/1 yr experience as RN. Good skills and transportation are needed
Occupational Therapist Assistant
Bachelor's in OT or related field. Texas State OT license. Current Texas driver’s license & TX Insurance are required
LVN/LPN Pediatric Home Health
Degree in Nursing (LVN/LPN). Texas Driver's License. 6 months experience in acute care/rehab setting preferred. Good interpersonal skills
Physical Therapist - Pediatric Home Health
PT license and experience in acute care/rehab setting. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant - Pediatric Home Health
