Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Home Health - Boerne / Hill Country

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for facilitating the development and rehabilitation of mentally, physically, or emotionally disabled individuals in a home setting. This includes planning activities, providing functional daily living skills, and consulting with the rehabilitation team. The role focuses on maximizing independence and adapting to disabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and appropriate certifications/licensures
• Current Texas State License in Occupational Therapy
• Current Texas Driver’s License
• Two years experience in acute care or rehabilitation setting
• Home health experience preferred
