Fleet Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Manager to join our dynamic team at our Ballarat head office. The role will support our ANZ branches in the maintenance, authorisation, and control of all fleet assets.

Requirements

• Developing strong relationships with key vendors in Australia and New Zealand
• Maintaining an accurate record of current vehicles, including driver details, VINs, and operating hours
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with branches
• Recommending vehicle disposal when they become uneconomical
• Processing registrations, insurance, fuel cards, tolls, and fines
• Ensuring quality control for delivered vehicles and addressing supplier issues
• Executing other duties as assigned by management
