Environmental Senior Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, people-oriented professional to lead our employee engagement efforts and drive client acquisition. As a key leader, you’ll bring enthusiasm and strategic thinking to every endeavor, help develop a high-performing team, and ensure product delivery that’s on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Geoscientist or Professional Engineer preferred.
• 10+ years of direct environmental experience commensurate with the described duties of the position.
• Naturally outgoing and enjoys interacting with people.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new contacts.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of environmental and regulatory programs and processes as they apply to industrial, energy, and commercial clients.
• Multiple years of experience in team management and client-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong desire to help build and grow a client base through supporting diverse business development initiatives.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
