Job Description
The Deputy Director of Health Services will oversee the implementation, quality assurance, and compliance of therapeutic services for all residents of the Juvenile Probation Department in Texas. This role includes psychological testing, therapeutic services, training, and professional consultation. It also involves managing contracts, monitoring service providers, and formulating statistical information.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Psychology or related field and licensure as a psychologist
- Licensed as a psychologist in Texas or eligible for licensure within 6 months of employment
- Valid Texas driver’s license with liability auto insurance
- Experience in managerial/supervisory skills
- Experience in supervising and training personnel
