Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Director, Operations, Transitional Housing to oversee daily operations and residence supervision for Breaking Ground's transitional housing portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a residential setting serving homeless or other vulnerable populations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Experience and proficiency with property management and case management software
- Certificate of Fitness for Coordinator of Fire Safety and Alarm Systems (F-80)
- Fire Life Safety Director Certification (preferred)
- On-call availability
