Job Description
Breg is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accurate inventory transaction records, ensuring timely and accurate pick, pack, and shipping of orders, and directing the storage, inventory, and distribution of finished goods and raw material.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or trade certificate in an applicable field of study
- 5+ years of relevant experience in materials, warehouse, and/or distribution fields
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced receiving distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of inbound logistics and warehouse operations
- International shipping experience
- Knowledge of Lean methodology and Demand Pull systems
- Knowledge of warehousing and forklift operations; safety, and business practices
