Junior Master Data Analyst P2P

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Master Data Analyst P2P to ensure accurate and compliant Vendor and Purchasing Master Data in ERP systems to support efficient procure-to-pay operations. This role is part of a transition environment, and hands-on experience in transition or migration projects is considered a valuable asset.

What You Will Do

Create, update, and maintain vendor records in ERP systems, validate supplier information, prevent duplicate or fraudulent vendor accounts, and ensure vendor data accuracy to avoid invoice mismatches, payment delays, and compliance risks.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in Master Data Management field, preferably in P2P / Vendor Master Data
• Education degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent qualification
• Transition experience would be an asset
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or equivalent ERP tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
