Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly established Private Rented Sector Sustainment and Compliance Team at Brent Council. The role involves managing a caseload of residents at risk of homelessness, working proactively to sustain tenancies, prevent eviction, and support landlord compliance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of homelessness and the private rented sector
- Experience of working within a housing or homelessness service
- Ability to manage complex and sensitive situations
