Business Manager ESN

BREOPLE is seeking a Business Manager to accompany their commercial team in development. The role involves hunting and opening new major accounts, managing account plans, and structuring the machine to scale. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in ESN, including commercial and managerial functions.

• Experience in team management, KPI management, negotiations, and sales of complex projects
• Natural leadership, sense of the collective, ability to influence
