Staff Product Designer

Brex is seeking a Staff Product Designer to work on the company's AI-powered spend platform. This role involves creating impactful and scalable designs that showcase Brex as a leader in financial innovation, working with Product and Engineering teams and collaborating with a diverse team of talented designers. The designer will also have an owner’s mentality and contribute to the broader company growth.

• Efficiently execute to ship products that deliver impact for our business and customers.
• Partner with the leadership team to successfully communicate concisely across the team and influence product and design outcomes.
• Work across the entire business stack and make an impact at different stages of the product: building vision & strategy, ensuring all the loose ends are tied up when executing, and making sure the operational components to support onboarding are in place, not just the product.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Data teams to define and launch new products and features.
