Program Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The Program Operations Coordinator ensures accurate, complete, and on-time execution of operational components of Best Companies Group's programs. They work closely with Operations teammates, Program Managers, and other teams to maintain program data and files across all systems.

What You Will Do

The Program Operations Coordinator sets up and maintains program files, keeps data accurate and up-to-date, upholds SOPs, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, data administration, or a similar role
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel and/or Google Sheets)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear, proactive communicator
• Experience with CRM, email marketing, or data management systems (plus)
• Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down
