Chief of Staff

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO to drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and execution, with experience working in high-growth technology companies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or business planning role
• Top-tier consulting firm experience (Bain, BCG, McKinsey)
• Proven track record leading strategic cross-functional programs or initiatives
• Experience with investor relations, board and executive level communication, and high-stakes storytelling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Credibility working with senior leaders, with high emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree from a top US school
