Bright Machines is a next-generation, AI-enabled manufacturer looking for a Procurement Specialist to efficiently manage the supply chain purchase orders, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services. The role involves preparing purchase orders, tracking delivery dates, and collaborating with other departments to ensure effective integration of procurement activities with operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• Previous experience in similar procurement roles (1-2 years of experience)
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory management
• Advanced interpersonal communication skills, ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in teams
• Results-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Proficiency in computer tools and supply chain management systems
• Fluency in English
