Requirements

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications
• Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer
• Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts
• Develop scoped applications that follow platform best practices
• Build integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
• Develop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation
• Implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences
• Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, identification rules, and data quality improvements
• Implement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
• Participate in design reviews, contribute to platform standards, and document technical decisions
• Support upgrades, regression testing, and remediation of customizations across releases
• Troubleshoot performance, scripting, and integration issues
• Collaborate with admins, BAs, and stakeholders to refine requirements and propose pragmatic technical solutions
