Workday Technical Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Workday Technical Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology. This role spans technical configuration, custom report design, integration support, and lightweight application extension work, helping HR, finance, and IT stakeholders get more value from the Workday platform.

What You Will Do

Design and develop complex calculated fields, custom reports, and advanced reports using the Workday report writer. Build composite reports, matrix reports, and dashboards supporting business decision-making. Configure and maintain business processes, condition rules, and approval routing across HCM and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of Workday technical experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
• Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
• Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
• Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
• Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
