Operating family resource centers and clinics in Oakland, Richmond, and Antioch, the company provides comprehensive support through medical care, mental health services, early childhood development programs, financial coaching, and community strengthening initiatives. Family Practice Physician (MD/ DO) Part-Time/Full-Time
Must have a Doctoral degree in medicine and be certified by an American Medical Specialty Board
Front Desk and Medical Assistant
High School Diploma, Medical Assistant Associate Degree, Bilingual (English-Spanish), and Valid California Driver's License
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Valid license, Master's degree, and experience in primary care required
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FNP, PA)
Must have a valid license to practice as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in the State of California and Master’s Degree or higher
Community Outreach and Data Specialist
Four-year degree, bilingual in Spanish, 2+ years of social services experience, and valid driver's license
