Senior SRE/DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

As our lead Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer, you will own the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our production systems. You’ll build secure cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines that power our worldwide real-time services.

What You Will Do

Own platform reliability, uptime, and on-call practices for worldwide real-time services, build and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment systems, write automation and internal tooling to improve developer velocity and reduce toil, implement observability, alerting, and incident response/postmortems, drive capacity planning, disaster recovery, and cost/performance optimization.

BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field, with 5+ years operating production systems and building infrastructure, strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and modern cloud patterns, experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and safe release processes, excellent attention to detail around security, scalability, and performance.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field
• 5+ years operating production systems and building infrastructure
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and modern cloud patterns
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and safe release processes
• Excellent attention to detail around security, scalability, and performance
