Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, U.S. Policy & Research (340B) to support the company's policy strategy related to the 340B Drug Pricing Program. The successful candidate will monitor and analyze evolving 340B legislation, regulation, and policy reforms, assess implications for the business and patient access, and help develop and execute advocacy and engagement strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in health policy, government affairs, public payer strategy, or related field
- Direct experience with the 340B program strongly preferred, including familiarity with program structure, stakeholders, and historical reform efforts
- Understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and broader U.S. health policy and reimbursement systems
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex policy issues into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing policy briefs, analyses, and advocacy materials
