Director, Government Affairs & Policy

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a seasoned government affairs leader to be Director, Government Affairs & Market Access Policy Lead. The position will lead and direct government affairs & market access policy activities across the local organization, developing advocacy and engagement strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with policymakers and key industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• Develop and execute the company's integrated government affairs & market access policy strategy
• Build and enact targeted environment shaping activities
• Engage with diet members, trade association partners, policy stakeholders, and other influencers
• Create and oversee the government affairs budget
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop actionable pricing & reimbursement policy frameworks
