Director, US Commercial, Cell Therapy Autoimmune

Join us as we expand our cutting-edge Cell Therapy Autoimmune organization. This role supports US launch preparation for zola-cel (CD19 NEX-T CAR T) in Rheumatology. With deep expertise in Cell Therapy and Immunology, BMS is in a leadership position to bring the transformational potential of CAR T cell therapy to patients with autoimmune diseases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience
• Prior people leadership and in-line brand marketing experience
• Rheumatology and/or Immunology experience
• Cell Therapy experience
• Proven track record of effectively driving performance within a matrix organization
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to develop and manage strong customer relationships
• Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment
