The Executive Director, Head of APAC Markets, is a key member of the International Market Access team, leading a high-performing regional access team to represent the Market Access (MAx) function with the SVP, APAC Markets, and drive strategic engagement across the regional matrix.

Requirements

• Serve as strategic advisor and thought leader to regional senior management
• Facilitate clear communication and information flow between MAx and APAC leadership
• Develop, align, and execute market access strategies for in-line and pipeline assets
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted partner on regional reimbursement and pricing developments
• Lead and empower regional market access teams to achieve performance and excellence
